In June 2022, we successfully established an in-house photo studio for KaDeWe's e-commerce division, designed to meet the high visual standards of premium brands such as Acne Studios, Jacquemus, and Givenchy.

My role involved researching potential production partners, conducting test collaborations, and evaluating workflow compatibility within our existing supply chain. I also oversaw contract negotiations with the selected external team.

Key responsibilities included building a cross-functional production team — photographers, image editors, copywriters, and model scouts — developing comprehensive production guidelines, and supervising daily studio operations to ensure brand consistency and quality across all outputs.
